Wonderful stay with attentive staff

attentive staff helpful reception enjoyable entertainment

i found the staff to be attentive. benito, ingrid, and one unnamed gentleman in the restaurant remembered my preferences after only a few visits. estaban (from alicante) and evielene (from austria and italy) at reception were very helpful with an adaptor, taxi, and tour advice. the events team was energetic and the entertainment was enjoyable. the resident cats were well cared for.

the drinks selection was somewhat limited, and premium options were unavailable.

the hotel features heated pools for enjoyable swimming. there are activities and direct access to the beach for morning runs. the location allows easy access to nearby shops, entertainment venues and restaurants.

the staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and with housekeeping. the cleaning staff kept the premises immaculate (the gardener too). reception staff helped with adaptors and taxis.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I found a great selection of food. Dining was a highlight.

Finding a lounger around the pool was difficult. The entertainment in the evening finished early. I had problems connecting to the wifi in my room. This was frustrating.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was modern and well-kept. the resort grounds were beautiful, with lush gardens. i found the variety of food options great. The buffet offered many choices.

the daytime pool area sometimes got a bit crowded.

The hotel offered direct access to the promenade. It allowed for easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the beach was just a short walk away! though it involved crossing a road, a slight inconvenience.

attentive staff lovely coffee helpful reception noise problem poor response scared daughter

the staff in the restaurant were very attentive (i met benito and ingrid). they really looked after me and knew what i liked after a few visits. i also loved the coffee in the bar opposite the reception. esteban and evielene at reception were helpful when i needed an emergency adaptor.

i stayed here with my family in two rooms. the room in between us had a couple who fought and screamed a lot. my daughter was scared to walk between rooms in the evening. the hotel and tui were notified but didn't really help, and it ruined the last few nights.
